A traditional stone cottage 250 metres from the Garden House, set in its own delightful south-facing garden near our loch with open views over farmland.

The accommodation comprises: sun porch, hall, dining kitchen with utility room, living room with open fire, bathroom with over-bath shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms - one with twin beds (can be made up as a double) and one with king size double bed, also with wash basin.
